- Rhinos Corp Central Region February Meeting
- 1,200 attendees

Rhinos Corporation is the Hispanic division of Amway, a worldwide leader in the health and beauty space. Their February meeting brings over 1,000 independent business owners to Tulsa.
Audience Insight: Groups will look for restaurants downtown, mostly for dinner, and will seek to dine together in larger groups.

|
A two-day, free dental clinic offering treatment for uninsured, underinsured, or other patients who may not have access to dental care.
Audience Insight: Event volunteers will be in the community during dinner hours, on their own and likely seeking to dine in groups, likely along with Memorial corridor in midtown.

One-of-a-kind, multi-event rodeo competition bringing professional rodeo athletes and working cowboys and cowgirls together in a true open format, competing for a spot at The American Rodeo 2025 in Arlington, Tx. Event will be shown live on FS1.
Audience Insight: Events take place all day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Attendees will likely visit lunch locations near Expo Square and be present for evening events. Dinner will mostly be take-out establishments.

A major cheerleading team competition for ages 6 through high school. The event is known for high production value and energetic atmosphere.
Audience Insight: Teams will consist of anywhere 6 to 36 athletes per team. Athletes will usually travel with at least one parent, but the party could grow to include extended family. Will look for restaurants that can accommodate large groups and teams, as well as family-friendly attractions for downtime between competitions.

- Kaizen Volleyball Invitational
- 3,000 attendees

A two-day volleyball competition for athletes between ages 12-18 (boys) and 10-18 (girls). It is the largest boys tournament in the region.
Audience Insight: Teams will look for dining options that allow them to eat together, as well as family-friendly attractions for when not at the competition.

- Extraordinary Women Ministries 2025 Conference
- 7,400 attendees
- Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills

A two-day event featuring multiple speakers and praise and worship performances at the Mabee Center each night.
Audience Insight: Groups will begin to arrive on Friday, Feb. 28 and will look for restaurants in South Tulsa for an early dinner before the event starts at 6:00 p.m. that evening.

- Summit Volleyball Black Gold Brawl
- 4,000 attendees

|
128 girls volleyball teams, ages 10-18, will compete for free entry to the 2025 AAU/JVA National Championships. Teams will be divided into divisions, with division winners earning a free pass into one of four upcoming national tournaments.
Audience Insight: Athletes, coaches and families will seek out family dining, entertainment and attraction options, likely in downtown and Tulsa Hills.

Students in business management, information technology, finance, office administration and other related fields take part in a three-day competition meant to further education and prepare them to join the workforce.
Audience Insight: Most students will be on their own for lunch and dinner in the downtown area and will likely look for restaurants that can accommodate large groups. Some will also seek take-out options and return to their hotel to eat.

A six-day event featuring cowboys and cowgirls of all ages competing in riding challenges of all disciplines. Rider categories range from rookie all the way to professional.
Audience Insight: Groups will likely consist of families that will seek take-out lunch options near Expo Square. For dinner, steakhouses that can handle larger groups will be popular.

- Big 12 Wrestling Championships
- 3,500 attendees
- BOK Center
|
Four sessions over two days will determine the Big 12 wrestling champions for 2025, with preliminary, quarterfinal and semifinal matches taking place on Saturday and championships decided Sunday night.
Audience Insight: Groups typically attend sessions all day and will seek out breakfast options near the BOK Center before competition starts. Bars and breweries will be popular all day long, with groups seeking out dining and drinking options open late after the night sessions.
