Creative Directory Spotlight

Anjelica Lindsey, a music composer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a member of the Cherokee Nation, specializes in neo-classical music with a penchant for exploring various styles and genres.

Lindsey operates from her production studio, Wild Mountain Studios, located in Tulsa's Osage County, where she crafts her musical pieces. Her work often delves into thematic romanticism from a distinctly feminine perspective, drawing from her personal experiences and cultural background.

Lindsey will premiere her ensemble, Oklahoma Woman Quartet, on March 1, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The performance, presented in partnership with the Artist Creative Fund and CACHE Create, will feature musicians from the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra alongside Lindsey as the vocalist. Special guest composer and orchestrator Dr. Noam Faingold will also provide remarks and present two of his original works.
