- Crossland Construction Holiday Dinner
- 1,200 attendees

A weekend celebration where Crossland employees come together from six different states, and ten offices to celebrate with one another by honoring tradition, recognizing family support and reflecting on the year.
Audience Insight: Groups will patronize restaurants with bars that stay open later on Thursday and Friday before the main event on Saturday evening.

- Peak Fighting Championship
- 4,500 attendees

|
One of the fastest-growing mixed martial arts promotions in the world, Peak Fighting is makings its first trip to Tulsa featuring a mix of MMA, bare-knuckle fighting and Muay Thai.
Audience Insight: Fans enjoy sports bars and similar environments when not attending the fights.

|
The largest micro sprint racing event in the world boasts a record 1,752 entries for 2024. The multi-day event encompasses six different racing classes, including Junior Sprint for kids ages 6-12.
Audience Insight: The event brings drivers and fans from all over the country. Move-in begins Dec. 30 at Expo Square, with the final races taking place Jan. 4. Drivers often have significant downtime at the track and will set up areas to lounge and relax at their trailers, often taking advantage of either food delivery or easy-to-find to-go meals.

- REVEL Dance Tulsa 2025
- 400 attendees
- Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center
|
A dance workshop and competition making a stop in Tulsa as part of its 30+ city tour across the country. It includes classes and competitions for dancers across multiple styles throughout the four-day event.
Audience Insight: Participants will most likely stay on the south side of town and will be looking for fun family activities while visiting Tulsa. Because these are primarily families, they will be looking for family style restaurants in addition to attractions.

- Chili Bowl Nationals
- 20,000 attendees
- Expo Square
|
Over 200 racing rigs and thousands of fans make this the premier indoor midget car racing event in the country. Practice begins Sunday, Jan. 12, and racing runs through the championship on Saturday, January 18.
Audience Insight: Audience is about 80% men and 20% women. Racing starts around 5:00 p.m. each night, so groups will be out in the community for breakfast and lunch. They are looking for things to do during the day that are inside because of the January weather.

OkMEA Annual Winter In-Service Conference

The Oklahoma Music Educators Association brings statewide colleagues together for 10 different concerts, 35 classroom sessions and an exhibitors' showcase.
Audience Insight: Students and teachers will mostly be on their own for lunch and dinner. They will look for downtown restaurants that can accommodate large groups. The students will also likely seek take-out options for lunch to eat at their hotel.

- World of Wrestling Tulsa Nationals
- 6,000 attendees

|
Boys and girls wrestlers in classes from 6-and-under to 15-and-under will compete over the four-day event. Weigh-ins begin Thursday, Jan. 16, with wrestling beginning the next day and ending with Finals on Sunday, Jan. 19.
Audience Insight: Attendees will seek restaurants that can accommodate entire teams, 15-22 kids, along with coaches and parents. Foods like pizza and burgers are popular, along with buffets.

- MYHockey Sooner State Midwinter Classic
- 3,000 attendees

|
Tournaments includes levels Squirt (ages 9-10) through high school varsity. Each team receives a four-game minimum. Play begins Saturday, Jan. 18 and concludes Monday, Jan. 20.
Audience Insight: Groups usually like to eat together as a team and will look for family-friendly restaurants and attractions that can accommodate 15+ kids, coaches and parents. Attendees will also seek team activities like movies and family entertainment centers.

- International Equine Judges Seminar

|
Equine judges from the eight major associations across the country will visit for continuing education opportunities over the multi-day event.
Audience Insight: Attendees will be on their own for dinner. Most will likely seek out steakhouses or similar experiences to eat together.

Oklahoma Osteopathic Association Winter CME Seminar
- 300 attendees
- Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
|
An annual seminar for the state's osteopathic providers to receive updated education, information, and tools to use on their patients. Days consist of a series of lectures.
Audience Insight: In-person attendees will be on their own for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday. Most are higher-income individuals, so they will likely seek higher-end dining options such as steakhouses and seafood convenient to the seminar's location.
